Checked my thermostat yesterday and it was 88 degrees. Called A&A last night and they had a tech there midday today who took care of the issue for a reasonable price. Staying cool again in this hot weather. Good service and friendly people.
A&A is by far the best A/C company in the Murphy and surrounding areas. Customer service is very attentive and helpful and from our first call they were on top of everything and also they are very competitive in pricing. The 3 technicians installing the A/C unit on our cabin were courteous, knowledgeable, clean and fast. We will recommend them to everyone we know because they are the best.
A&A is an excellent company to work with. Their tech's are punctual and courteous. The office personnel kept me updated on everything taking place with my services and returned my calls, which is rare these days. I was out of town when I had an emergency. It was taken care of without me being there. I would not hesitate to recommend A&A to any friends or family. Which I've already done. Keep up the GREAT JOB.
The team at A&A Heating is amazing. From the first visit to repair my 27 year old air handler to the complete replacement of the entire system, they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done "by the book". I'm so glad I choose A&A Heating & Air conditioning and the Trane equipment they installed. I would recommend them to anyone. And their office staff is great too!
The heat pump auxiliary heat was not working and the temperature was going down to 4° that night! Our regular guy was unavailable, so we got a recommendation for A and A from a dear friend. A and A had a full schedule for the day, but somehow managed to squeeze us in that same day. They had the heat pump fixed before long. Thanks for rescuing us! I had a heat pump & air conditioner put in, we have had A&A in the past and we liked them so well we decided to have them come and do the big job of having the air & heat unit put in. There was no question as to who we would have for the job. A&A were very professional, and friendly, and of course, they were very clean when they were through. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have work done in their home, office or where required. Here is a big thank you for being so thoughtful.
